Samantha is solutions orientated with a balance of both excellent numerical ability as well as deep empathetic consumer insight, market intuition and expertise.
She has a degree in Research Psychology and an LDP from GIBS. She hails from an ostensibly business background which affords her a pragmatic approach to the distillation and application of insights and their impact on business strategy and process.
She has a special interest in the practical application of behavioral economics in commercial consumer research and has authored, co-authored and presented numerous papers on the topic.
Her passion lies in making sure the consumer voice is always authentically heard, and not lost in the data noise and cushioned boardrooms.
